THE PERFECT SCHOOL FOR YOUR CHILD

SMALL CLASS SIZE......... DIVERSE......... AFFORDABLE

Ed-U-Care provides an academically challenging, globally relevant and well balanced educational program. In the pursuit of excellence, students will be inspired to be productive and principled world citizens with the skills and commitment to think creatively, reason critically, communicate effectively and understand the value of lifelong learning. Ed-U-Care encourages in its student body a strong sense of personal identity, responsibility and compassion, where home and school unite to realize each student’s full potential.

Ed-U-Care grew out of a cry from concerned parents in search of educators dedicated to academic excellence and focused on a student-centered program. A small group of families took action, pulled together limited resources and set up a school based on the principles of teaching excellence, parents involvement, and the provision of a curriculum designed to develop the total child; young people aware of their skills and talents and motivated to seek excellence.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS: Ed-U-Care is growing. It is a co-educational day school that includes program for grades Kindergarten through grade 12. Ed-U-Care is committed to continuous professional development for out teachers to ensure they implement the most effective and modern teaching methods in the classroom. On Sunday, June 26th Barefoot Safari, Liberia's premier tour and logistics operator, hosted their second "Lazy Raft Race" on the St. Paul river. Last November's event had 32 lazy rafters drifting down the St. Paul on inflatable beds for a lazy day of drinking, laughing and lounging. This year, with their newly built barge and additional inner tubes, Barefoot Safari carried 76 participants down the river from Clay Ashmound to the Barefoot Club House, just past the old Anchor Club. Music blasted from the party barge, as partipants danced and floated all day long. The event was sponsored by Cellcom, Club Beer, Stop and Shop Super Market, Trust Enterprise, and Villa Hotel. Barefoot Safari's aim is to promote the positive image of Liberia by sharing nationally and internationally the beautiful wildlife and wilderness that Liberia offers.
